With over 40 years of history, BOCA Engineering Co. | SPAR Consultants has a track record of excellence in the residential & commercial building space. We offer structural engineering design of the primary structure foundation and frame, seismic attachments design of architectural and mechanical components, and structural conditions assessments for renovation planning. We work with architects, owners and builders to prepare structural engineering plans for permitting. Our engineering design team is experienced with concrete, steel, and wood frame buildings and new technologies prefabricated building systems. We provide services of design and field reviews during construction for custom homes, renovations, additions, commercial spaces and tenant improvement.
We prepare engineered shop drawings for the attachment of exterior cladding systems to buildings subject to climate loads.
