BOCA Engineering Expands into Greater Vancouver with New White Rock office
New operations site expands capabilities in fire performance, product evaluation, and structural engineering services.
WHITE ROCK, BC (metro-Vancouver) – BOCA Engineering has opened a new operations site in White Rock, British Columbia, strengthening its ability to support clients in Greater Vancouver and international markets. The expansion enhances the firm’s structural and fire performance engineering capabilities.
Building on its established presence across Vancouver Island, the new metro-Vancouver office places BOCA Engineering at the center of the province’s construction and product import activity – enabling faster response times, closer collaboration, and expanded leadership in fire performance and structural testing.
Meet the Director: Emma Amiralaei, P.Eng.
The White Rock office will be led by Emma Amiralaei, P.Eng., a licensed professional engineer with more than 15 years of experience in construction industry engineering. She brings specialized expertise in exterior wall and roofing systems, fire-rated structures, along with comprehensive knowledge of Canadian and U.S. building codes.
Prior to joining BOCA, Emma managed an engineering team overseeing certifications and building code compliance. Her professional background encompasses code analysis and engineering of fire-resistant structures.
As Director of Engineering, Emma will work closely with BOCA’s established client base across Canada and international markets – expanding Product Evaluation Services, guiding regulatory compliance across Canadian and U.S. frameworks, and delivering engineering judgment for fire performance and project-specific applications.
